Services provided

RGV DroneVista provides aerial multispectral drone scanning services for agricultural and land management purposes. Our deliverables include color NDVI maps, shapefiles, and annotated PDF reports.

What our data is and is not

NDVI maps and reports produced by RGV DroneVista are observational data products. They show spectral reflectance values captured by our sensors on the date and time of the flight. This data is informational only.

Our reports are not a substitute for advice from a licensed agronomist, certified crop advisor, or other qualified professional. We do not make planting, chemical application, irrigation, or management recommendations. Any decisions you make based on our data are your own.

Flight scheduling and weather

Multispectral scanning requires natural sunlight and clear conditions. We will schedule flights based on weather forecasts and coordinate with you in advance. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, restricted airspace, equipment failure, or other factors outside our control.

Access to land

By booking a scan, you confirm that you have the legal right to authorize a drone flight over the property in question. You agree to hold RGV DroneVista harmless from any disputes related to land access or third-party property rights.

Payment

Pricing is agreed upon before each job. Payment is due on delivery of the final report. We reserve the right to withhold files until payment is received. We accept payment via Stripe or other methods agreed in writing.

Liability

RGV DroneVista's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job in question. We are not responsible for crop loss, yield shortfalls, insurance claim outcomes, or any other consequential damages, even if you relied on our data in making decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Hidalgo County, Texas.
